Headquartered in the United Kingdom, with trading operations in Geneva and London, the company was formally established in 2016 by a group of U.S. and European Bankers.
Robert Shields, a U.S. citizen educated at the University of Illinois (Urbana) and Peter N Jeffrey a U.K. national, educated at the University of London & London Southbank University, were appointed as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer respectively.
To support our business, Aegis Commodities Group have substantial access to storage, logistics and financial capabilities. Our team includes professionals with decades of experience in both the upstream and downstream areas of the oil & gas industry and business relationships built over years.
