Our physical resource trading business is built upon long-term contractual relationships rather than discrete, ‘spot’ transactions.
The high-quality services provided by our physical crude oil trading business are dependent on discovering and working with the best suppliers to provide our refinery partners with the best product from the most reliable suppliers.
Aegis Commodities works with reliable suppliers of quality petroleum products and is currently focused on the Nigerian crude oil market, sourcing light crude oil used primarily by refineries to blend with heavier, “sour” crude oils before refining.
Our team on the ground identifies well-qualified and highly motivated suppliers and selects those best-suited through a comprehensive, quality assured search processes designed to ensure that we work with the most capable and well-vetted suppliers on a variety of light crude oil products.
The crude oil we source includes: Agbami Light, Aqua Light, Bonny Light, Brass River, Escravos, Forcados and Pennington.
Our ability to provide products that refinery buyers want, demands that we not only work with the most reliable suppliers but necessitates that all other service professionals on the banking, financial services and administrative sides are also of the highest quality.
